Calculation Method and Application of Time-Varying Transmission Rate via Data-Driven Approach

چکیده

Most research about compartmental models of infection disease often consider the transmission rate as a constant, which is not ideal for dynamic surveillance infectious diseases. This study fully utilized continuously updated real-time epidemiological data and proposed SEAIUHR model incorporating asymptomatic symptomatic infectiousness, reported unreported cases, inpatient non-inpatient vaccine inoculation. novel approach based on our to calculate time-varying with an under-report rate, vaccination efficiency, relaxation social distancing behavior. The method was evaluated from United States. results suggest that using this combine can provide clearer understanding spread rule epidemic, offering support subsequent related research.
